With many towns cancelling their July 4th festivities, here is a list of where you can watch local fireworks this Saturday!
Fireworks 2020
- Joliet’s 74th Annual July 4th Celebration: This celebration will begin at dusk on July 4th at ATI Field at Joliet Memorial Stadium. The stadium is located at 3000 W. Jefferson Street in Joliet. Additionally, if you decide to take in this display, please note that because of COVID-19 concerns, you will not be able to see the fireworks display from inside the stadium this year.
- Naperville July 4th Fireworks: July 4th from 9:30 until 10 pm at the Frontier Sports Complex. This venue is located at 3380 Cedar Glade Drive in Naperville. If you are planning on going, you can park at the 906 parking spaces at Frontier Sports or at Neuqua Valley High School.
- Oswego’s Annual 4th of July Fireworks: July 4th at 9 pm at Prairie Point Park. You can find the park at 4120 Plainfield Road in Oswego. Lastly, you will need to observe social distancing guidelines while enjoying the show.
- Romeoville’s Celebration: There will be several shows happening simultaneously on July 3rd at 9:30 pm. The display locations will be Volunteer Park, Lukancic Middle School, and Discovery Park. Because of COVID-19 concerns, all spectators are asked to view the fireworks from their homes instead of the launch locations.
- Yorkville’s Fourth of July Celebration: The display will begin on July 4th at dusk. The launch will take place near the corner of Route 47 and Countryside Parkway. You are asked to view from either your house or your vehicle from a distance.
