There are several local Halloween yard displays that are worth checking out! Here is where you can find the best spooky lawns!
DuPage County Halloween Displays
- 371 Canyon Trail Carol Stream: This award winning display features over 30 handmade props. Not only is this a fun display to see, they are also taking donations of non-perishable food for a local food pantry so be sure you bring something to donate if you can. They are also accepting monetary donations for Just Giants Dog Rescue. You can see this display Sunday through Thursday until Oct. 31st from dusk to 9 pm and Fridays and Saturdays from dusk until 10 pm.

Will County Displays
- 13115 Sage Court Homer Glen: This is a family friendly display!
- Mayhem on Mayfield at Halloween 2213 Mayfield Avenue Joliet: Plenty of creepy animatronics will be on display for all to see. This display will be up by October 10th and will run through Halloween.
- Count Kuhajda’s Haunted Haus 1112 Nicholson Street Joliet: Mark and Nancy Kuhajda have been spooking their neighborhood for over 20 years. They will be having a large front and backyard lawn display this year again and will be accepting donations for 1Pet1Vet, which works to train rescue dogs for companionship and service dogs for veterans. You can see this display through Oct. 31st on Friday’s from 6-9 pm and on Saturday’s from 3-9 pm.
- 20936 W McGilvray Drive Lockport: This spider themed display can be seen any time beginning around October 11th. Check out the huge spider web, spiders, aliens and more!
- Scary House on Fiona 19783 Fiona Avenue Mokena
- Horror on Highland 1314 Highland Avenue Lockport: This zombie themed display is running for the third year in a row.
- The Cote’s Haunted Yard 6907 Townsend Blvd Plainfield: This is a kid friendly event where families are invited to walk through the backyard. There is also a kids scavenger hunt. This display will be open dusk to 9 pm on Friday’s and Saturday’s on Oct. 11-12, 18-19, 25, 26, 31 weather permitting.
