If you are looking for fun Shorewood events this September, you are in luck! There is so much to do including a Fall Fair, Octoberfest, and kids activities!
September Shorewood Events
- Antique Classic Custom Car and Bike Show at Shorewood Timbers. Sunday, September 8th from 12-4 pm. This show is open to the public and will be held in the front parking lot of the community located at 1100 N River Road in Shorewood. Bring your car loving friends and family as there will be tons of classic, antique, and custom cars and bikes. Have you ever tried Nothing Bundt Cakes? They are delicious and will be available for purchase at the event as well as Happy Belly Catering. Do you love dogs? You will be happy to know that Have a Heart Dog Rescue and Adoption will also be at this awesome event with dogs available for adoption.
- Shorewood Ace Race: Have you ever played Disc Golf? If you enjoy playing it or even if you haven’t played before, check out this event that is open to all ages and all skill levels. September 7th is the tournament date and it will be held at Shorewood Park, located at 1003 South Cottage Street. The registration fee is $30. The player that has the most aces (holes in one) wins a prize!
- Fall Vendor Fair: Do you love handmade and unique decor and gifts? You need to check out this fair! On Saturday, September 7th at 650 Deerwood Drive in Shorewood from 10 am until 2 pm there will be lot’s of handmade goods for sale. This event is hosted by Friends of the Shorewood-Troy Library.
- Ladies Who Lunch: Saturday, September 7th from 12-2 pm at Casa Maya located at 805 W Jefferson Street in Shorewood.
More Events
- Fall Movie Night: September 13th at 7 pm at Towne Center Park. This will be a fun event for the whole family and a great way to welcome fall! Bring your blankets, chairs, food and drinks! Goosebumps 2 Haunted Halloween will be shown.
- Touch A Truck: Do your kids love trucks? This is the perfect event for them to get in the drivers seat of many different trucks. This is a fantastic hands on experience for little ones to enjoy with their family. This will take place September 14th at Cene’s Four Seasons Park from 10 am until 2 pm. This event is free! Please note, there will be a quiet hour from 10 am until 11 am for those with sensitive ears.
- Oktoberfest: Saturday, September 28th from 4 pm until 11:30 pm at Cene’s Four Seasons Park. Admission is free and of course German food and domestic and craft beer will be available for purchase. There will also be traditional Masskruegstemmen contests. Ed Wagner’s Lustige Blaskapelle will perform from 4-8 pm and the Lounge Puppets will play from 9 until 11:30 pm. This event is 21 and older from 8 pm until the end of the night. Prost!
