There are so many Shorewood fall activities planned for the coming months! From Oktoberfest, to a family friendly Autumn Fest, there is something for everyone!
Shorewood Fall Activities Coming Up
- Family Camp Out: Friday and Saturday, September 7th and 8th at Shorewood Park (1003 South Cottage Street). Pre-registration is required and each participant ages 3 and up is $5 for residents and $10 for non-residents with dinner on Friday and breakfast on Saturday provided. For more information, check out the city of Shorewood’s website.
- FREE Touch-A-Truck event on September 15th at Cene’s Four Seasons Park North Parking Lot (25520 W. Seil Road). There will be a quiet hour from 10 am until 11 am for those with sensitive ears or that don’t like loud noises.
- Oktoberfest: Saturday, September 29th from 4 pm until 11:30 pm at Cene’s Four Seasons Park. Admission is free and food will be available. There will also be Masskruegstemmen contests. Check the city website for more information including event entertainment.
- Autumn Fest: Sunday, October 28th from 2:00 to 4:30 pm at Towne Center Park. There is no admission fee for this event, but there is a requested donation of one or more canned good per person for the local food pantry. This free event is great for families and will include hayrides, crafts, pumpkin decorating, trunk or treat, trunk decorating contest, entertainment and food will be available to purchase. Guests are encouraged to dress up in their favorite costume.
- Village Of Shorewood Holiday Tree Lighting: You don’t want to miss this special yearly tradition on Tuesday, November 27th at 6 pm at Towne Center Park. Enjoy holiday music as the community, Mayor Rick Chapman, and the Village Board Of Trustees watches the Christmas tree lighting. Bring the whole family and be sure to bring your camera!
