Even if you never have kids in the school district, the district can have an impact on if and when you sell your home in the future. - Crime Statistics-Nobody wants to live in a crime ridden area so it’s important to ask your Realtor about an area and do your research to discover what the crime statistics in the neighborhood are.
- Amenities-Do you want a more rural area or do you prefer to be near lot’s of shopping, restaurants, etc? You need to determine what’s best for you and your family and look in neighborhoods that meet your qualifications.
