Community Event Round-Up
First up, Lewis University is hosting a virtual Career Event for students and 2020 graduates. This is a free event to help students get started in their working journey.
Next, learn how to jumpstart your business with the ‘How to Come Up with a Great Business Idea’ virtual lecture! The free ideas you learn here are sure to make your entrepreneurial spirit sparkle.
Thirdly, make your workday more productive by learning ‘How to Improve Your Focus and Limit Distractions’. This virtual event is also free and will help you concentrate while producing like a pro!
Furthermore, Bicentennial park plays host to their ‘Shakespeare and Art in the Park: “Comedy of Errors”‘ next week. Experience artwork and some laughs at the park with your friends and family! Bring your own chairs and blankets to this free activity Thursday through Saturday.
Finally, be sure to check out the latest in the Rooftop Concert Series. The Joliet Area Historical Museum is playing host to the Righteous Hillbillies; tickets are $10 for the public and $8 for members/students.
