Steve Buresh, known around town as the ‘Cheesecake Guy’, is expanding his business beyond his online and mobile store to open his first cafe in Plainfield. Buresh is hoping to open the Cheesecake Store and Cafe in November at 14210 Route 30 in Plainfield. The brand new eatery will not just offer his famous cheesecake, but it will also be serving soups, salads, wraps (all made with hormone-free meats and natural ingredients), LaVazza coffee, and organic tea and soda.
