Plainfield Fest 2014 will be taking place July 18th-20th. This awesome event will include carnival rides, games, food, beer tent, live music, bags tournament, and a “best pizza” contest. Fest hours are: Friday July 18th 4-11 pm, Saturday July 19th 11 am to 11 pm, and Sunday July 20th noon to 6pm. The “best pizza” contest will happen in the activity tent; from 2-4 pm on Sunday, fest goers can pay $5 each to sample a slice from each contestant and cast their votes. Musical guests include: Alter Ego, Spoken Four, KDL, Gruband, Drunken Skunk, ARRA, and Maggie Speaks. Food vendors for this year’s event include: Annabelle’s Bar-B-Q, Coach’s Catch, Frank’s Night Out, Maui Wowi Hawaiian, RS Concessions, Suzie’s Fun Foods, TCBY, and Wild West BBQ.
