-Highest sales price: Lake Of The Woods North (north of Mound Road and east of River Road) had the highest sales price with the average price being $775,000

-The subdivision with the most sales from May 2016 to May 2017 is Kipling Estates with 43 homes sold. Kipling Estates is a community of both town homes and single family homes located south of Seil Road and west of River Road.

-The Manors: This single family home community built in the 1990’s and early 2000’s is located  south of Seil Road and east of River Road. The average sales price is $406,200.

-Lake Forrest: This single family home neighborhood located north of Mound Road and west of River Road and built in the mid 2010’s has a median sales price of $392,500.

-Saddlebrook Estates: Single family homes built in the early to mid 2010’s, located north of Black Road and west of County Line Road with an average sales price of $362,250.

-River Crossing: Average sales price of $360,000 and located north of River Crossing Drive and west of Lakewoods Lane. These are single family homes built in the early 2000’s with a newer phase built in 2014.

-Towne Center: This community, located west of River Road and north of Jefferson Street is made up of single family homes built in 2013 and beyond. The average sales price for this area is $346,450.

-Rollingwood: Built in the early 2000’s and made up of single family homes, this neighborhood, located south of Black Road and west of Brook Forest Avenue, has a median sales price of $339,000.

Vintage: These single family homes are located west of River Road and north of Seil Road and were built in the late 1990’s selling for an average of $309,500.

-Hidden Creek: Established in the mid to late 2010’s, this community of single family homes has sold for an average of $308,000.  The neighborhood is located south of Seil Road and east of County Line Road with floorplans ranging from 2,056 square feet to 3,400 square feet.

-Hunt Club: This area has an average sales price of $303,000. These single family homes were built in the 1990’s and early 2000’s. The neighborhood is located south of Jefferson Street and west of River Road.
