The entire town of Aladdin, Wyoming is for sale for  $1.5 million. The purchase would include the entire 30 acre area which houses a general store, post office, bar, a 4 bedroom home, and the land underneath the town’s trailer park. Aladdin used to be home to more than 200 people until the nearby coal mine closed, leaving the population to sit at just over one dozen people. The current owner, Judy Brengle, took possession of the town 28 years ago when she received it as a gift from her husband. She states that she has not received any offers for the town yet, but once it sells, she does not plan on leaving.

What do you think? Is this a good deal? Would you ever consider buying a town?
