Indian Trail Middle School in Plainfield, which opened in 1964, is celebrating it’s 50th anniversary. Both businesses and residents are encouraged to purchase a specially engraved brick to raise money for a brick garden at the school. The middle school is planning to put the brick garden in the newly re-done courtyard which will be used for both learning and relaxation. Bricks may be purchased up until Monday, April 28, 2014. The special courtyard is going to be named “Harper’s Hollow” in honor of Dr. John Harper, Superintendent of Schools, who is retiring this summer. Bricks may be purchased with the Wildcat Mascot or without. Pricing for the bricks is $30 for families or $40 with the mascot, and $100 for businesses, $150 with the mascot.
