Looking for something to do? Here are some spring/summer events happening around Plainfield and Shorewood!
- Annual Village Wide Garage Sale happening tomorrow and Saturday, April 21st and April 22nd. Sale maps can be found on the village website, at Village Hall, or at the Shorewood-Troy Public Library.
- Community Garden Open House, on Friday April 21st from 6-8 pm at the Troy Township Community Center. This event is free for everyone.
- Earth Day Event in Shorewood is taking place on Sunday, April 23rd from 1-3 pm at Shorewood parks. Volunteers are needed to celebrate both Earth Day and Arbor Day with “Friends Of The Parks” and other non-profit organizations. Volunteers will work to clean parks and bike paths; all skill levels and ages are welcome to participate and refreshments will be served afterwards.
- Organic and Sustainable Wines Event at Wine & Cheese by TCC in Plainfield on Saturday, April 22nd from 6-9 pm and a wine and cheese tasting on Thursday, April 27th from 6-9 pm.
- Downtown Plainfield Cruise Nights every Tuesday beginning on June 6th and going through August 22nd
- The Plainfield Fest will take place from Friday, July 14th through Sunday, July 16th
